Operationally, they are responsible for patient safety, quality, staff education and service excellence. The Nursing Supervisor is a fiscal steward for the organization collaborating with nursing and ancillary leaders in problem solving staffing roles and responsibilities. The Nursing Supervisor is able to cover nurse staffing in ICU, ED and Med/Surg.
The cook prepares and serves meals to patients, employees, and visitors using primarily scratch cooking methods. The cook ensures all foods prepared meet existing standards for quality, freshness, taste, texture, consistency and appearance by using standardized recipes and production sheets.
Prioritizes and accurately performs a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on various biological specimens based on established clinical procedures. Reviews, evaluates, documents and reports results. Preserves confidentiality of patients and follows lab safety and maintenance protocols.

In this role the Case Manager completes assessments and transition care planning that reflects the wishes and needs of the patient and their family.
